Our Story

B4H started as an idea in 2017 when we identified that interesting projects, using open source technology with positive social impact were having a very difficult time to raise funds, reach a larger audience and evolve. That led to the creation of the B4H Awards which were recognitions to the most outstanding projects of the year.

In 2019, our paths crossed with the founders of Bitcoin Beach, when they visited Labitconf in Uruguay that year. Discovering the transformative potential of Bitcoin circular economies (BCE), also transformed by mission as a team. It became clear that the sustainable education and adoption processes of the BCE, along with the long term benefits of Bitcoin, are the most powerful tool for economic and social development.

In 2020 we coordinated a free training Bitcoin course for the Bitcoin Beach leaders and since then our dedication has been growingly focused on supporting and promoting BCE and Bitcoin education projects.
